Does weather effect your equipment

Do storms and adverse weather conditions have an effect on you equipment? How about starting up all of your equipment once you have lost power?
If you are a manufacturer you will be effected by adverse weather conditions in one form or another. It can also cause problems with your equipment. It could be that you lost power from a snow or ice storm or being shut down by a lightning strike. Either way you will have to get your CNC equipment back on line.

In early February when a winter storm swept through the mid west and left 1000's of homes and businesses without power for extended periods of time, REA was called to help a customer in Arkansas get his plant back up and operational. As soon as the electric company had restored their power, REA was on site to begin working on the equipment. In a short period of time, this customer was back up and full operational.
